We only had 1 day to explore Vienna so we headed into the city in the morning.
We parked right by the MuseumsQuartier, one of the largest cultural complexes in the world and opted to not go in. After a stroll through the enormous complex we saw the Belvedere Palace, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Burg Garden where Mozart’s monument is and then stopped for lunch in Kohlmarkt, a pedestrian shopping street, where you can find luxury boutiques and traditional Viennese cafes.
Our flight to Chiang Mai left Bangkok at 4.35pm and arrived just before 6pm
