We spent the last 4 nights of our European trip back in London.

We stayed in a Premier Inn in Canary Wharf and it was so surreal to be back where Jan used to work and very close to where we use to stay in our tiny apartment in Island Gardens.

London put on some spectacular weather for our last few days and we spent it catching up with some old friends, showing the kids the local area, exploring Greenwich and walking along the South Bank of London.

This morning we made our way to Gatwick Airport, via the overland train from London Bridge, for our (very) long trip back to Perth.

Next stop: Home!
