We arrived in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains on Saturday, 15th July and stayed in our Airbnb apartment for 4 nights.
On Sunday, 16th July, we were fortunate enough to see the Stage 15 of the Tour de France coming past us about 10km before the finish line. What a great atmosphere that was and we each got some sponsor t-shirts and hats.
We visited the beautiful Chamonix on Monday and on Tuesday, 18th July in the morning, we walked down to our little town for some lunch and a play in the local playground. That afternoon we went to see the time trials and Stage 16 of the Tour de France – only 8km from us.
